Great to meet you!

Jessica is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults in-person and via telehealth. Jessica’s approach is focused on the client's mind, body, and spirit and focuses on working through past experiences that are contributing to current distress. Jessica teaches clients to understand their nervous system and frequently uses EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Ego States interventions.

My approach to therapy

Jessica’s counseling practice is grounded in the belief that growing through adverse life experiences is possible and that healthy relationships are the foundation for thriving. Jessica enjoys adapting therapy with each individual client to achieve their hopes for health and wholeness.

Jessica is a Christian and her faith in God gives her hope that there can be meaning in each person’s healing process and good that comes from the process. J

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where they are encouraged to extend compassion and curiosity toward themselves. Jessica models compassionate inquisition into what is causing distress and invites clients to learn to explore their experiences and the ways they've learned to cope with life in the same way.
