Great to meet you!

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It begins in a safe, supportive space where you can speak freely and feel genuinely understood. For over twenty years, I’ve helped adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, insomnia, and life transitions using compassionate, evidence-based strategies that support both relief and growth. I move at a pace that feels right for you, never rushed, never pushed. Progress is most meaningful when it’s collaborative and empowering. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing, strengthen your inner resources, and build the kind of lasting well-being that

I help adults who reside in Pennsylvania to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and insomnia by providing practical coping tools and a supportive space to process what feels overwhelming. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your comfort, so you leave feeling more grounded, understood, and equipped for daily life.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to navigate this alone. If you are facing anxiety, grief, trauma, insomnia, or major life stress, therapy can offer relief, steadiness, and understanding. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you create more space for clarity, connection, and hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel genuinely heard and respected. I don’t see therapy as a clinical checklist, but as a meaningful conversation that honors each person’s story. With more than two decades of experience working with adults and older adults, I understand that healing happens when compassion is paired with practical, evidence-based tools.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care, and I also integrate psychiatric rehabilitation practices that help build resilience, independence, and long-term stability. Sessions are tailored to the individual—sometimes focused on concrete problem-solving strategies, other times on exploring deeper emotions, grief, trauma, or life transitions.

Equally important to me is pacing therapy in a way that feels right for each client. I believe growth is most sustainable when people feel empowered, not pressured. My role is to walk alongside clients—balancing relief in the present with skills and insights that support long-term well-being. Ultimately, my approach blends empathy, curiosity, and practical guidance to help people reclaim hope, confidence, and possibility.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave session feeling both grounded and equipped. Sometimes that means walking away with a concrete tool they can use right away—whether it’s a new perspective, a small shift in daily routines, or a strategy for managing difficult emotions. Other times it’s the sense of relief that comes from being deeply understood without judgment. Over time, clients often notice they’re building resilience, confidence, and a stronger sense of their own voice. My goal is that each session offers not just coping strategies, but also an ongoing reminder that change and healing are possible, even in the face of long-standing challenges.
