Great to meet you!

With 4 years of clinical experience, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I focus on building trust and helping clients feel heard, validated, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I work with clients at their own pace while helping them develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and build confidence in themselves.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a supportive and welcoming environment where we begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. The initial session is focused on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, discussing your personal history, and exploring what has brought you to therapy at this point in your life.

We will talk about your current challenges, emotional experiences, stressors, strengths, and any goals you would like to work toward in therapy. I also provide space for clients to ask questions about the therapy process, discuss expectations, and share any concerns they may have about starting counseling.

My approach during the first session is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental.
