Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years of experience. My focus area includes anxiety, workplace stress, trauma, and women's issues. In times of uncertainty, therapy can provide a space to explore your whole self with compassion and free of judgment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is strongly influenced by person-centered therapy. While I may be the mental health "expert", you're the expert on your life. I believe this collaboration provides the foundation of a successful therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from our first session

My therapeutic environment is casual with intention. The work we do focuses on your needs and goals of therapy. Sometimes that can feel uncomfortable or challenging. In these moments, we learn the most about ourselves. During our first session, we'll get to know each other better and discuss your reasons for seeking therapy. We will gather a brief history, but we will primarily focus on the current issues bringing you into therapy.
