Great to meet you!

Let's be real, life can feel like trying to assemble IKEA furniture with missing instructions. I'm Jessica, a therapist with 8+ years experience helping people find their own dang Allen wrench.

My therapy style is often described as collaborative and direct. I'll actively engage with you, offer insights, and help you develop practical skills to create meaningful change. While I aim to be genuine and approachable (and yes, sometimes my authenticity comes with a touch of awkwardness!), I am also deeply committed to providing you with effective and evidence-based support.

Ultimately, I want you to know that I'm equipped with the skills and ready to work through whatever you bring to the table. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self, build resilience, and ultimately feel better. If you're looking for a therapist who is passionate about empowering their clients, embraces individuality, and isn't afraid to bring a little bit of realness into the therapeutic space, I might be a good fit for you.

My approach to therapy

My foundation is feminist and humanistic (meaning I see you as a whole human with inherent worth), and I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches to get you back to feeling like you. I've worked extensively with the LGBTQIA+ community and come equipped with the skills to tackle whatever you're facing. I might not always say the perfectly smooth thing, but I promise to be authentically present and ready to work.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're navigating identity, untangling past shit, or just trying to survive the daily chaos, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy with me won’t be about fixing you—it’ll be about finding you, holding space for all the messy parts, and building something solid from there. Let’s figure it out together.
