Great to meet you!

Call me Jess. I’m currently accepting new clients. I work with adolescents and adults navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, identity exploration, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm. I especially support LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, kink, and polyamorous clients who are looking for therapy that feels affirming, honest, and deeply human. I believe healing happens in safe, attuned relationships, and my approach is collaborative, body-aware, and grounded in curiosity rather than shame.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is warm, direct, and relational. You do not have to perform, mask, or have everything figured out to be welcome here. Sessions can hold depth, humor, honesty, grief, and reflection while helping you better understand the patterns and protections that helped you survive.

My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself, more emotionally steady, and more able to move through life from a place of self-trust. Together we work toward healthier relationships, clearer boundaries, resilience, and a stronger sense of authenticity in how you live and care for yourself.

I am also certified in the trauma-conscious yoga method and am a 200-hr registered yoga teacher, bringing light movement and ritual into your healing space.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space for us to begin getting to know each other at your pace. We will talk about what has brought you to therapy, the patterns or struggles you are carrying, and what you hope for moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, understood, and supported while we begin building a foundation of trust together.
