Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessica — a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in clinical mental health and years of experience providing trauma‐informed, solution‐focused outpatient care. I’ve supported adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I focus on ongoing weekly therapy grounded in Solution‐Focused Brief Therapy and person‐centered work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and collaborative, but also direct and solution-focused. I don’t shy away from helping you identify the patterns, choices, and dynamics that may be impacting your mental health or relationships. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change — always at a pace that feels respectful and supportive. My work is grounded in trauma‐informed care and evidence‐based practices, including Solution‐Focused Therapy.

Whether you’re processing grief, feeling stuck in unhelpful cycles, navigating relationship stress, or trying to reconnect with yourself, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered — and to walk with you as you build the insight and skills needed for healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to slow down and get a clear picture of what’s going on in your life right now. I’ll ask focused questions to understand what brought you in, what you’re hoping to change, and what you want things to look like moving forward. With a trauma‐informed approach, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable while exploring the experiences and patterns that matter most. From a solution‐focused lens, I’ll also ask about what you’ve already tried, what has or hasn’t helped, and where you feel stuck. By the end of our first session, you’ll have a clearer sense of your goals and how we can work together to start creating meaningful change.
