Great to meet you!

My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique experiences, helping you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with confidence. My goal is to empower you with practical tools and deeper self-understanding so you can move toward the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach is client-centered and tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies to help you navigate life's challenges. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, strengthen emotional regulation and coping skills, and build on strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and talk about your personal history, strengths, and goals. My priority is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll identify what you hope to gain from therapy and begin developing a personalized plan that aligns with your needs and values.
