Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I bring clinical expertise, compassion, and deep dedication to the work I do with each person I serve. I am a certified EMDR clinician with advanced training in trauma-focused care, and I specialize in helping clients process and heal from complex and deeply traumatic experiences.

My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I work to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel understood, empowered, and ready to move forward. I can help you move beyond survival mode and into meaningful, lasting growth - reconnecting with your sense of purpose, strength, and self-worth.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma treatment, including support for individuals living with PTSD, survivors of sexual abuse and assault, veterans, first responders, and those who have experienced violent crime. I am a certified EMDR clinician, and I use evidence-based approaches to help you process traumatic experiences in a safe and supportive way.

As a military culturally competent clinician, I understand the unique experiences and challenges that can come with military service. I honor the strength, resilience, and complexity of that experience, and I’m committed to providing care that is respectful, informed, and tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I work collaboratively with you at your own pace. Together, we’ll focus on processing difficult experiences, reducing emotional distress, and building practical coping strategies you can use in everyday life. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore what healing looks like for you.

I’m committed to supporting your growth and helping you create meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your goals.
