Dr. Jessica Garibaldi

Dr. Garibaldi is a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY 33935) with expertise in mood disorders, life stressors, and substance abuse. She specializes in treating a variety of disorders; such as, depression, anxiety, and addiction.

Dr. Garibaldi utilizes an integrative approach, incorporating evidence-based treatments; such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, she has experience working from a relational, attachment focused model. She tailors her approach to best fit the presenting needs of each patient.

Dr. Garibaldi completed her pre-doctoral internship at Psychological Services Center (PSC) in San Francisco. She completed her post-doctoral internship at The Clinic in San Francisco. She received her doctoral degree from California School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Garibaldi has a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with dual emphases in Marriage and Family Therapy and Gerontology from Notre Dame de Namur University. She received her Bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University.

Dr. Garibaldi utilizes a strength-based approach and values building a strong and collaborative relationship with her patients. Dr. Garibaldi enjoys working with adolescents and adults via telemedicine across the state of California.

Before our first appointment, we will schedule a complimentary, fifteen minute video consultation. During this time, we will briefly get to know each other to assess goodness of fit, along with areas of support. From there, we will further explore and discuss next steps.
