Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Dr. Garofalo! I specialize in nervous system and identity rebirth. I have been helping clients for over 15 years and I am committed to providing warm and empowering support for individuals seeking to become the best, most fulfilled versions of themselves. I specialize in helping people navigating relational issues (including narcissistic abuse), trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, bipolar, and psychotic disorders, but I have experience working with many different types of people. If you are looking to better understand yourself, develop coping skills, and create meaningful connections, I am here to help.

I take a warm, client-centered approach that meets you where you are. My goal is to help support personal growth and healing for my clients. No matter what issues you are navigating, I can help you to recognize patterns, build resilience, and develop practical skills. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels right for you.

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I'm glad you are here. No matter where you are in your journey, you deserve care that truly understands and uplifts you. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Visit my website, email or call me to schedule our first meeting!
