Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Jessica Gentry, but I usually go by Jess. My clients often describe me as genuine, warm, and grounded. I strive to balance evidence-based practices with an authentic, relational approach, because I believe meaningful healing happens through real connection.

I work to meet each client where they are at, adapting to their unique needs, goals, and hopes for therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic and personalized, drawing from a range of evidence-based methods such as CBT, ACT, and EMDR when appropriate. Above all, I focus on creating an emotionally safe environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.

Together, we explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships, while working toward greater clarity, freedom, and a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is primarily a space for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the concerns you’d like to focus on, and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll also take time to learn more about your background and experiences so I can better understand your needs and begin shaping a thoughtful, supportive path forward together.
