Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and overwhelming emotions. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of coping. I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, needs, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while also learning practical skills you can use in everyday life. Together, we will identify patterns contributing to current challenges, build on your strengths, and develop healthier coping strategies. I view therapy as a partnership, with your goals and needs guiding our work together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and better understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant background, strengths, and what you hope to gain from our work together, without pressure to share more than you are comfortable with. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and determining an approach that feels meaningful and manageable for you. My priority is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and clear about what our next steps may look like.
