Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State with a background in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Over the past six years, I’ve worked closely with individuals through a trauma-informed lens in both clinical and direct care settings. I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels manageable, while also helping them stay accountable to the goals and changes they want to see in their lives, both in and outside of sessions. My goal is to provide a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment while still feeling supported in making meaningful progress.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in trust.

My approach is warm, direct, and tailored to each person I work with. I draw from evidence-based practices and incorporate trauma-informed care, including EMDR-informed techniques, to help clients process past experiences and build more adaptive ways of coping.

I have experience supporting clients through periods of uncertainty, helping them better understand their emotions, strengthen their sense of self, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, we can work together to help you feel more grounded and in control.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and understood. I balance validation with gentle challenge, helping clients gain insight while also developing practical tools they can use in their daily lives.
