Great to meet you!

You are the anchor, the advocate, and the one who holds the world together for your family. But in the process of navigating systems and caring for others—especially for those in the disability and special needs community—it is easy to lose the map back to yourself.

I provide a peaceful retreat for caregivers who are tired of living in "survival mode." My approach is guided by over 20 years of experience in the disability ecosystem and specialized training in Somatic experiecing. Together, we work to quiet the physical noise of burnout, regulate your nervous system, and help you reconnect with the self that exists outside of your role as a provider. You don’t have to carry the weight alone.

My approach to therapy

I bring a warm, grounded presence to our sessions, often using a touch of humor to lighten the heavy lifting of healing. My role is to meet you exactly where you are: I can be an active partner, offering direct feedback and guidance when the path feels unclear, or I can provide the quiet, expansive space you need to arrive at your own profound realizations.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is a gentle introduction to your world. We’ll discuss where you are now, where you want to be, and how I can best support you—whether that’s through active guidance or by holding the space you need to find your own answers
