With over five years of experience in mental health counseling, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including seniors, adults, teens, and preteens. Throughout my career, I have practiced various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), talk therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Currently, I am pursuing certification in EMDR to further enhance my ability to support clients in healing from trauma.
