Hello, I have been in the field for a little over 10 years and have been licensed for 9. I have extensive experience in working with youth and families who have been impacted by various types of traumas. I've worked with incarcerated youth and foster youth helping them with emotional regulations skills.

My approach to therapy

I implement DBT for mindfulness to increase window of tolerance and CBT to identify the cognitive distortions many individuals face. I have extensive experience in Motivational interviewing and help client's find their own motivation as well as make next steps in change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will explore treatment goals and motivation for treatment. You can tell me your story within time as you feel most comfortable. We will explore strengths and coping skills that are currently being utilized.
