Great to meet you!

I’m known for being warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, knowing you’ll be met with compassion, respect, and without judgment. Building a strong connection is important to me, and I believe that trust is the foundation of meaningful therapy.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make it feel as comfortable and welcoming as possible. I strive to create a warm, friendly, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about whatever is on your mind. My approach is collaborative and supportive, and I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you as you build insight, develop practical coping skills, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll also ask questions about your background to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together moving forward.
