Great to meet you!

Life is hard enough, starting therapy doesn't have to make it harder. As your therapist, I am dedicated to guiding you through life's challenges and helping you become the best version of yourself. I use a blend of psychodynamic and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, I emphasize the importance of relationships and meet you where you are on your unique journey. Let's collaborate in a safe, judgment-free space, exploring your unique journey and strengthening your connections for positive change.

My approach to therapy

I am client-centered, meaning that your unique needs and experiences guide the direction of our work. In my practice, I draw from a psychodynamic approach, integrating insights from your past to understand present patterns and facilitate positive change. I incorporate CBT to explore and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. As a relational therapist, I value the impact of connections. I operate through a harm-reduction and sex-positive lens.

What you can expect from me

I foster a judgment-free space and believe in the holistic nature of healing. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I'm committed to creating a safe and compassionate space where you can be authentically you. Together, we'll work towards making positive changes and enhancing your overall well-being. I look forward to embarking on this journey with you.
