I will bring my expertise in medication management of psychiatric conditions and solution focused therapy to collaboratively find the balance needed to make progress on your goals.

While there is no “magic recipe” that works for everyone, my goal is to work with you for personalized treatment which often includes medications, solution-oriented therapy, and referrals for therapy or testing. I am able to provide care to Minnesota and North Dakota residents age 13 and older.
