Great to meet you!

You've been holding a lot together—and it’s getting harder to keep it that way. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life or career transitions - but my focus often extends beyond a single diagnosis. I also support complex mental health, including dissociative identity and schizophrenia. I am especially mindful of stressors such as navigating the challenges of a loved one living with hoarding disorder, carrying loss connected to COVID, and layered intercultural or blended family dynamics.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) with over 20 years in behavioral health, including 15+ years in supervision, leadership, and training. I take my work seriously, but I don’t take myself too seriously.

I currently have a waitlist - contact me to be added! My goal is to be accessible when & where you need it— morning, afternoon, and evening telehealth appointments are available.

If you have questions about your insurance coverage or self-pay options, send me a message. I believe that mental health care should be affordable!

My approach to therapy

I balance insight with action. We will look honestly at how your past shapes the present, and then we’ll talk about what to do next. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment and relational approaches. I help clients build coping skills, name patterns, and practice new ways of responding in real life, not just in session.

What you can expect from me

Change is scary — I know that firsthand. The first session is about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. You can expect a warm, engaged conversation — not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what is bringing you in, what you want to feel different, and what feels most important to start with. We will probably laugh at some point. And we’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction.
