Great to meet you!

Tired of pretending everything is, ok? All the while, you're in your own private battle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or grief. Life stress is inevitable. However, lack of support and distress tolerance skills can make managing life's stressors nearly impossible. It's exhausting keeping on that mask. How are you really though?

I have over10 years' experience as a therapist and 15 in social work field. I offer person centered and strength focused care to meet individuals and families in their unique places in life. I happily see patients from 5-100+. I have a special place in my heart and practice for teens, young adults, and parents raising little humans.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is real, relatable, and empathetic. I strive for openness and trust. Friends, family, and patients describe me as bubbly, smart, honest, nurturing, tenacious, and encouraging. I pride myself on offering patients an open, warm, and safe place for healing. No judgement or criticism from me. We're all just doing our best while striving to live our best lives. I'm here to support you on your journey.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on getting to know each other, collaboratively defining needs, and developing treatment goals. You will leave with a couple coping skills to help reduce distress tolerance skills from the go. We will utilize a holistic approach to assess and improve aspects of mind, body, and soul. It's your life, let's get you living it the way you want.
