I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified School Counselor with experience in both educational and clinical settings. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University in San Marcos and hold a Master of Education in School Counseling from Lamar University.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in applying a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help clients navigate a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, issues related to divorce or separated families, ADHD, and depression.

I am currently in training to become a Registered Play Therapist and am committed to expanding my skills to better support clients in expressing themselves.
