Great to meet you!

In and out of the therapy room, I enjoy helping others discover resources to move forward in their lives with less anxiety and depression, more attunement and increased peace. I earned a Bachelors of Music Education undergraduate degree from Wichita State then attended Friends University for a Masters of Science in Family Therapy degree. In my free-time, I enjoy any combination of music, experiencing the world outside, reading and learning about other cultures.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help teens, couples, individuals and families experience health and healing from trauma and pain. I provide a comfortable, inviting space where you can safely explore who you are in your core. I believe that relationships cause tremendous pain but can also be the source of magnificent healing.

What you can expect from our first session

I view therapy through a lens of attachment, which means I consider the space between people as much as the space within us. Connection is where I believe healing happens. With that in mind, I love helping people gain tools in a collaborative therapeutic place. In this space, we can work together to discover where you flourish in the inside and thrive on the outside.
