I am a licensed mental health professional with several years of clinical experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have dedicated my life to serving others in their path of living the life they deserve. My studies include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Saint Joseph’s University and a Master degree in Counseling at University of Pennsylvania. Specializing in mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and stress to name a few.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in an eclectic approach utilizing an assortment of therapeutic modalities including but not exclusive to CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to best serve clients. Recognizing that one particular modality doesn’t work for all, a person-centered approach serves as a foundation. I use this approach to tailor plans specifically for each client yielding holistic, collaborative and creative care to meet the needs of each individual.

Clients will experience a genuine individual who is dedicated to assisting, along with lots of documents to be completed!

First sessions are for getting to know each other, establishing baseline goals while providing hope for the future.
