Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in diverse roles and settings, including inpatient psychiatry, family and adolescent counseling, intensive community treatment, and working in corrections with inmates. Currently, I serve as a Clinical Supervisor with a local Drug Treatment Court, where I bring my expertise and passion for helping others to the forefront of my work.

I look forward to hearing from you and helping you on your journey to a happier life!

My approach to therapy

I have had the privilege of assisting many clients in overcoming past trauma, addiction, and comorbid mental health diagnoses. My therapeutic approach is rooted in respect and empowerment. I believe that everyone has the potential to reach their maximum capabilities when they understand their strengths and explore what they are truly capable of achieving.

In our sessions, you will find a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can work together to reduce the stigma associated with addiction and mental illness. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities tailored to your unique needs, including cognitive behavioral strategies, motivational interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My focus on mindfulness, cognitive distortions, and trauma recovery helps create a personalized treatment plan that aims to improve your quality of life.

I am dedicated to listening and understanding your needs, and together, we will develop a plan that best suits you. Whether you're dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or any other challenge, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

I provide a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere. An initial session includes a conversation guided by you, the participant, in which I am able to gather background information and better understand your therapeutic goals. The nature and depth of the content discussed is based entirely on the client's needs, comfortability and preferences.
