Great to meet you!

I graduated from Pepperdine University in 2010 with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I began my career working in community mental health, servicing the county of Los Angeles. I have nearly 13+ years of experience working extensively with children from the ages of 3 to 18 years old, adults, families, and the substance abuse population. Currently, I am only seeing clients virtually.

My approach to therapy

My style is person centered. I provide unconditional positive regard with my clients. The client is the expert in their journey and I am here to assist my client to be able to manage their symptoms and reach their therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

I utilize a multi-faceted approach when working with clients. Every client is different and deserves an individualistic approach to therapy. I utilize interventions from a variety of evidenced-based therapies in order to tailor the treatment and treatment plan to each client.
