Great to meet you!

As your co-pilot on this journey, I want to help you get to where you want to go. As we progress in our sessions, depending on how you feel we may use creative approaches such as art, meditation, and somatic approaches to help get to the root of your struggles.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The world can be a overwhelming. From normal daily tasks to attempting to reach your goal and dreams, it may seem too daunting. When navigating your life you do not have to do it alone. Imagine me as your co-pilot on this journey. You are an expert on yourself. Even experts can use help. I work with clients by incorporating evidence-based modalities in therapeutic counseling, as well as holistic approaches to create a compassionate and safe space.

What you can expect from our first session

As your co-pilot on this journey, I can and will guide you. I encourage and empower you as the client to apply the things you learn in between sessions. This will strengthen your skills and tools which will aid in achieving your goals.
