My education includes a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I have worked in a variety of settings as a social worker providing services to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, and substance abuse issues. I have successfully worked with adolescents, adults, and groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I incorporate a variety of treatment methods that are evidence based to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, and Mindfulness to name a few.
