Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I believe that feeling understood and supported is essential to creating meaningful and lasting change. Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, and taking that first step is something to be proud of. I work exclusively with individual adults who are experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, betrayal, life transitions, and patterns that leave them feeling disconnected or stuck. I use evidence-based treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs, combining a warm, collaborative, and emotion-focused approach with practical tools to help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen their sense of self, and create greater security and connection in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based therapies to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behavioral patterns. Together, we will explore the underlying experiences that may be keeping you stuck while also developing practical tools to manage anxiety, navigate difficult emotions, and respond to challenges in healthier and more intentional ways. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, gain greater clarity, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will spend time getting to know you, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying the concerns you would most like support with. I will ask questions about your current experiences, relevant history, relationships, and goals for treatment. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether my approach feels like a good fit for you. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan and identifying initial steps toward the changes you would like to make.
