Great to meet you!

I’m really glad you’re here!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Colorado and Texas, specializing in trauma therapy, EMDR, and nervous system-informed approaches. My work focuses not only on healing what happened to you, but also on helping you reconnect with yourself, rebuild confidence in your identity, and create a life that feels aligned.

I bring an open-minded, compassionate, and supportive approach to our work together. Therapy is your space, and my role is to walk alongside you helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move through your healing journey

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic, recognizing that your experiences, needs, and healing journey are uniquely your own. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Therapy should be a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported.

I take the time to truly listen and understand not only what you have been through, but how those experiences have shaped the way you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may have developed as a way to protect you and begin creating new ways of coping, connecting, and moving forward.

Using trauma-informed approaches, EMDR, and nervous system-focused work, we will move at a pace that feels safe and supportive. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, rebuild self-trust, and create meaningful, lasting change so you can move from simply surviving to feeling more grounded and like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to begin getting to know each other and create a foundation for our work together. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you hope to change or better understand.

I’ll take time to learn about your history, your current challenges, your strengths, and the patterns that may be impacting the way you feel, think, and connect with yourself and others. We may explore how past experiences have shaped your nervous system, relationships, and identity.

You do not have to share everything all at once. Therapy is a process, and we will move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

Together, we will identify goals for therapy and begin creating a personalized plan using evidence-based techniques to support healing, growth, and lasting change.
