Great to meet you!

I’m really glad you’re here!

Choosing yourself is a meaningful first step. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, and I earned my master’s degree from UTSA in 2019. I’ve worked in private practice since, supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and challenges with self-identity.

I bring an open-minded, compassionate, and supportive approach to our work together. Therapy is your space, and my role is to walk alongside you helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move through your healing journey

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic, recognizing that your experiences, needs, and path to healing are uniquely your own. I believe therapy should be tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all process.

I take the time to truly listen and understand what you’re going through, meeting you with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to begin meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy, as well as what you’re hoping for moving forward. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable; there’s no pressure to dive into everything right away.

We’ll also talk about your history, current challenges, and begin identifying goals for our work together. I’ll answer any questions you have and make sure you feel informed about the process, including how therapy and approaches like EMDR may fit into your care.

Most importantly, the first session is about creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood so you can begin this process at a pace that feels right for you.
