I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, and then continued on to receive specialized training in couple's therapy and perinatal therapy. I received the designation of Perinatal Mental Health Certified from Postpartum Support International.
I am passionate about working with women who are struggling with issues of postpartum depression, the stressors of motherhood, negative self-talk, depression, and anxiety. Through couple's counseling, I want to help couples navigate the bumps of marriage and find a healthy path through conflict. Many of my clients are couples preparing for or navigating parenthood.
My clients can expect collaborative care where we set goals and work through the best modalities in order to achieve those goals.
