Hi, I'm Jessie! I am an LCSW licensed in TX and AR. I primarily specialize in neurodivergent populations, mood and personality disorders, anxiety, and depression. I also offer in person testing for Autism and/or ADHD using a full battery of assessments. I know that often our goal is not to be a perfect ten every day, but maybe just a notch or two better. I aim to challenge client's negative cognitions into more positive versions that they wish to believe and attain for themselves.

My approach is to be a supportive passenger providing helpful direction and tools while you remain in the driver's seat. I believe in leading from behind.
