Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with seven years of experience walking alongside families through developmental and emotional transitions. I know parenting can feel both beautiful and overwhelming, and I am here to offer steady, compassionate support. Together, we will explore what your family is facing and begin to identify the changes and healing you are hoping for.

My work includes three years as a behavior consultant and four years as a school social worker, where I focused on understanding the root causes of challenges in children. This background helps me look beyond surface behaviors to what your child and family truly need. In our sessions, we will collaborate to create practical strategies that fit your values, routines, and family dynamics.

Through this work, I developed a deep passion for maternal and child health, from the perinatal period through all stages of parenthood. I am especially committed to helping parents navigate the complexities of raising children and building strong, resilient families through a Christ-centered lens. If you are ready for support grounded in faith and care, I would be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My style is integrative and eclectic, root-cause focused, and family-centered. When needed, specifically for anxiety, I utilize CBT and somatic practices. I'm interested in collaborating to equip other with skillsets, whether in parenting or self-management.

What you can expect from me

I will want to spend time getting to know you and learn about your goals for therapy.
