Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe investing in your mental health is the greatest gift you can give yourself. But seeking out a therapist and finding someone you connect with can be intimidating, so I'm glad you're here! I work with adolescents, teens, and adults working through various issues including trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best therapy is collaborative and I look forward to working as partners to help you achieve your goals. My approach is warm, understanding, and supportive. I hope that therapy with me feels like talking to a friend who is trained to help listen, guide, and challenge you in meaningful ways.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I hope to hear about your life and what has brought you to therapy. Based on what you share, we will work together to identify meaningful goals to help you break old patterns and discover the best version of yourself. I look forward to providing a supportive environment that helps you feel like you can let your walls down and work through the issues that inspired you to seek therapy.
