Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together to understand challenges, build on strengths, and foster lasting growth. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique experiences and goals. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to support you through the process.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Strengths-based interventions to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe each person already possesses strengths that can be built upon, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, deepen self-understanding, and move toward lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we will discuss what brings them to therapy, their current concerns, and what they hope to achieve through treatment. I will take time to learn about their personal history, strengths, and experiences so that we can develop a deeper understanding of their needs. The first session is also an opportunity for clients to ask questions, share any concerns about the therapy process, and begin building a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Together, we will identify initial goals and discuss how therapy can best support them moving forward.
