Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Jessica Jordan and I am an LCSW. I have a master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University. My areas of expertise are adults with mental health disorders including Bipolar, Major Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment, Schizophrenia and substance abuse disorders in partial hospitalization and outpatient.

I have experience in PTSD including DV, sexual and emotional abuse. I also worked with federal probation clients which has allowed me to be competent with versatile populations.

My approach to therapy

My clients tell me that I allow them to feel comfortable sharing very personal things. Whether you are struggling with women’s issues, relationship issues, anxiety/panic or addictive behaviors, I feel confident that I can help you to make sense of your mind and learn how to cope with these obstacles. Mindfulness is a true passion of mine both professionally and personally so a session with me will help you to gain those skills.

What you can expect from me

I am trained in IMR therapy and practice CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy and Psychotherapy with my clients. I approach therapy with an open mind and strong focus on my clients. I know how hard it can be to decide to get help, therefore, sessions with me feel very down-to-earth, non-judgmental and relaxing. Dealing with life can be overwhelming enough, so let's ride the wave together and come out the other side.
