Great to meet you!

I offer compassionate, virtual counseling for adolescents and adults, creating a safe space where you can talk openly and feel heard. Whether you’re facing challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, or major life changes—or simply want to work on personal growth—I'm here to help. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies so you can move toward a healthier, more balanced life—all from the comfort of your own home.

I have over a decade of experience in behavioral health care, program leadership, and professional consultation. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults through evidence-based, trauma-informed counseling, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, stress management, sleep issues, and relational challenges. My career spans clinical roles within military behavioral health programs, substance use disorder treatment centers, residential and outpatient programs, and specialized therapeutic settings.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to fostering growth and resilience by combining my clinical expertise with a collaborative, compassionate approach that empowers clients to thrive. I believe in using evidence-based treatments to help clients reach their personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Typically, I set goals between sessions. It could be practicing a new technique, engaging in self-care, trying a new coping skill, or having a conversation with someone in your life. Practicing and implementing what is learned in sessions is the best way to engage in positive change.
