Great to meet you!

I’m a psychologist with a PhD from The New School for Social Research, where I trained in psychodynamic and behavioral approaches to understanding emotional life and relationships. I completed a fellowship at the University of Colorado focused on infant and perinatal mental health. My work supports individuals navigating fertility challenges, loss, the transition to parenthood as well as anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I work from an attachment-based, psychodynamic perspective, helping people make sense of their experiences and patterns in a deeper, more meaningful way. I specialize in the perinatal period, including trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, loss, and the transition to parenthood. I also treat anxiety and depression more broadly. My approach is warm, collaborative, and attuned, with a focus on creating a space where you feel understood and supported without judgment. I integrate practical tools when helpful, especially around coping with stress, relationships, and day-to-day challenges. Whether you’re navigating a specific struggle or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I aim to meet you where you are and work together at your pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin to understand what’s bringing you to therapy at this point in your life. I’ll ask some questions about your history, current concerns, and what you’re hoping for, while also leaving space for anything that feels most important for you to share. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, and there’s no pressure to cover everything all at once as this is just the beginning of building a thoughtful, collaborative relationship.
