Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Dr. Jessica Keith. I’m a clinical psychologist who specializes in helping people who experienced trauma like sexual assault, domestic violence, or other interpersonal violence, as well as helpers and caregivers healing from burnout and secondary trauma. I completed my doctoral training at Columbia University, and have nearly 20 years of experience, and nationally recognized expertise in trauma-informed care. I’m here to support your healing in a way that’s compassionate, thoughtful, and tailored to you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is supportive, engaging, and empowering. I prioritize emotional safety, authenticity, and collaboration in our work together. I’ll walk alongside you in your healing, in a way that works best for you.

My approach draws from my extensive training and experience in evidence-based and insight-oriented therapies to support meaningful, lasting change. While I might suggest approaches for care, your preferences will always guide our work - therapy is your space.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a low-pressure, welcoming, and validating space in all our sessions, including the first. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and seeing whether we’re a good fit. You’re free to share as much or as little as you’d like, and you’re always welcome to ask questions about me or my approach. My priority is to listen closely and help you feel understood, supported, and hopeful.
