Hi, I'm Jessica Kelley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals through life's most difficult and transformative seasons. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, maternal mental health, grief and end-of-life concerns, women's issues, and relationship challenges. Whether you're navigating a major life transition or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation, not a place where you have to have all the answers or worry about saying the "right" thing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools that create meaningful change in your everyday life.

I draw from approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and experiential techniques, but I always adapt therapy to fit you rather than expecting you to fit a particular model. We'll celebrate your strengths, gently challenge what's no longer serving you, and work together at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. My hope is that you'll leave each session with greater clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. It's completely normal to wonder if you'll be understood or whether therapy is the right fit. From our first session, my priority is creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and accepted exactly as you are.

Some sessions may bring relief and insight, while others may involve sitting with difficult emotions in a way that helps them lose their power over time. Throughout the process, you'll never have to carry everything on your own. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a life that feels more connected, balanced, and authentic. Therapy isn't about becoming someone different, it's about helping you become more fully yourself.
