Great to meet you!

I’m Jessica Kelley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and other seasons of change.

My goal is to help you feel understood while making meaningful, lasting changes in your life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and build practical tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and conversational. I don’t believe you need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Together, we’ll understand the patterns keeping you stuck, build practical coping skills, and work toward the changes you want to see in your life.

I draw from CBT, EFT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and experiential approaches, tailoring therapy to you rather than forcing you into a specific method. I’ll support you, challenge you when needed, and celebrate your progress along the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and identifying what you want to change. You can expect a judgment-free space where you can be yourself, ask questions, and talk openly about what’s been difficult.

We’ll start creating a plan together that feels realistic and meaningful to you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, hopeful, and clear about your next steps.
