Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with feeling like you fit in, knowing who you are, or carrying a heavy weight across your shoulders, welcome. I specialize in trauma and dissociation, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I've been practicing therapy for the past five years and have been in mental health for the last decade.

My approach to therapy

I offer therapy with two key pieces in mind: I believe that all of my clients have inherent worth, no matter what, and that everyone is capable of change. You are the expert on your own life. You can become the person you want to be. My job is to help you navigate your map and give you the tools you need to do so.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be about getting to know each other; what is important to you, where do you want to go, and any questions you might have of me. Clients usually work with me on building coping skills for overwhelming emotions, processing trauma, and building a stronger sense of self.
