Great to meet you!

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Learning and Development from UT Austin, a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Texas State University, and I am currently pursuing my Doctoral Degree in Adult, Professional, and Community Education. I have worked with children and families in some professional capacity for the last 25 years.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who specializes in working with children, teens, and families. I believe that healthy connections and safe relationships can create healing opportunities.

I utilize play therapy and expressive arts in my work to help children and teens process their emotions and learn skills. When working with parents, I am a Trust-Based Relational Intervention Practitioner and I am trained in Nurturing Parenting and Circle of Security.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to have fun, learn new skills, and experience a deeper connection with themselves and with others.
