Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience, I specialize in helping minority professionals, particularly mental health clinicians, reconnect with their voice, navigate systemic pressures, and show up authentically in both personal and professional spaces. I understand what it means to thrive in environments that weren’t built with us in mind, and I bring that insight into every session.

My professional background includes extensive leadership and supervisory roles on full-service partnership (FSP) teams serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. While that work deepened my clinical skills, it also sharpened my passion for supporting the helpers, those who give so much to others but often struggle to prioritize their own healing.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and have been licensed in California since 2016. I primarily serve minority professionals, especially those in the mental health field, who are seeking support with identity, burnout, imposter syndrome, leadership stress, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. I integrate narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic principles to explore how your past experiences, cultural context, and inner voice influence your present. I create a space where clients feel seen and safe, but also gently challenged to explore new ways of thinking, being, and relating to themselves and others.

Therapy with me is collaborative. I don’t assume the role of expert over your life, I partner with you to reconnect with your own wisdom and agency.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, deeper self-compassion, and practical tools for navigating real-world challenges. Whether you're working through burnout, redefining your identity, or stepping into leadership, I help you return to your values and strengthen your voice.

My goal is for you to walk away feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and to the life you're building.
