Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Jessica. Life can bring on many challenges and stressors, which can be difficult to navigate at times. These things can greatly impact our well-being and ability to function, especially if we do not feel we have the proper tools and support to cope with them. I can help guide your mental health journey, and together, we can learn to manage the challenges.

In 2016, I graduated from Adams State University with a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling. I then graduated in 2023 from Walden University with a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a licensed addiction counselor (LAC), working in clinical practice for roughly ten years. I primarily work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, stress, psychosis, trauma (PTSD), addiction, and much more.

I have experience working with adults and adolescents using Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and more.

My approach to therapy

Understanding your thoughts and emotions can empower individuals to initiate great change in their lives. I will always prioritize the importance of the therapeutic relationship and vow to develop a relationship in which you feel safe, comfortable, and heard. Together, we can work to increase your understanding of the challenges you are facing, learn tools to cope effectively, and create a life of fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a supportive, judgment-free space where we get to know you and what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk about your current challenges, explore your goals, and begin identifying ways to help you feel better. If you're ready to take the next step in your mental health journey, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
