Great to meet you!
Hi there, I'm Jessica. Life can bring on many challenges and stressors, which can be difficult to navigate at times. These things can greatly impact our well-being and ability to function, especially if we do not feel we have the proper tools and support to cope with them. I can help guide your mental health journey, and together, we can learn to manage the challenges.
In 2016, I graduated from Adams State University with a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling. I then graduated in 2023 from Walden University with a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a licensed addiction counselor (LAC), working in clinical practice for roughly ten years. I primarily work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, stress, psychosis, trauma (PTSD), addiction, and much more.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents using Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and more.
