Great to meet you!

I aim to provide a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment for families hoping to explore the benefits of therapy that aligns with your preference and values. Through my formal training; Masters in Social Work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, DBT, CBT, and Exposure therapy training, along side my informal training; life as a daughter, sister, friend, and partner, I have learned and continue to learn about the importance and need for support and understanding.

My approach to therapy

Our aim is to understand who you are now and who you want to be. We may learn how to face conflicts, make tough decisions, or try new things. Other times we uncover strengths and resilience, finding the light and purpose of our experiences. I tailor the work to your interests, needs, and comfort level. Real work can look like laughing, creating art, finding interests, doing something you are scared of, or imagining possibilities.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to create a partnership and work as a team to identify and reach your goals. Develop a clear deepening understanding of yourself to find balance among life’s challenges and joys. As you learn to navigate the world as your authentic self, we will find skills and tools along the way. These tools will help you feel more comfortable and confident in your relationships, abilities, and endeavors.
