Great to meet you!

I'm an AuDHD Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee whose mission is to help people who feel out of place, lost, or different reconnect with their confidence, find a sense of belonging, and rediscover their most authentic selves. My work is grounded in neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA2S+-affirming, and anti-oppressive care. It's important to me to offer a space where people can reclaim their full selves, without the pressure to mask or shrink to be understood.

Since 2015, I've worked in community mental health — supporting adults in crisis as part of a voluntary short-term inpatient crisis triage team, connecting people experiencing homelessness with resources as an outreach case manager, and working as a therapist with kids, youth, and families.

These experiences have shaped my specialties: ADHD, Level 1 Autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. The population I serve are youth 13+, young adults, and families.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is gentle, empathetic, strength-based, person-centered, and relational. I don't see myself as the expert on your life; you are. Instead, I see therapy as something we build together. It's a collaborative process rooted in trust, built on a relationship where you are accepted and supported without judgment, no matter what you bring into the room.

What you can expect from me

After our initial intake, you can expect the first several sessions to focus on getting to know one another while we work together to create a treatment plan that outlines your goals and the steps to get there. This plan is a living document, one that can shift based on your wants and needs throughout treatment. My priority is to make sure you receive care that actually works for you, which is why your feedback about what is and isn't working is essential to the therapeutic process. I welcome it with care and appreciation.
