Great to meet you!

I strive to create a space where you can feel emotionally safe, deeply understood, and supported without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I deeply value authenticity and believe therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are. My approach integrates attachment-based work with CBT and DBT techniques. I help clients explore how relationships and past experiences may be influencing current emotions and behaviors while also building practical skills to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, improve communication, and navigate difficult situations more effectively.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so my goal in the first session is to help clients feel comfortable and understood. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current challenges and goals, and any important backgrounds or patterns that may be contributing to what you're experiencing. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded, and I want clients to leave the first session feeling supported and hopeful about the work ahead.
