Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. You deserve a therapist who listens without judgment and understands how deeply these experiences can affect your life. I have a wealth of experience working with those that have ADHD, Depression, and Adjustment Disorders. I also have five years of therapy experience and five years supporting survivors as a sexual assault crisis counselor. I throughly enjoy working with children through play therapy but also work with teens and adults!

My approach to therapy

You do not have to navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, or difficult life experiences by yourself. My approach is warm, compassionate, and individualized, combining evidence based therapy with practical coping skills that fit your needs. I enjoy working with children through play, coloring, and creative activities, while also supporting adults through meaningful conversation, healing, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect your first session to feel welcoming, supportive, and free of judgment. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change, and what would help you feel comfortable moving forward. I will listen carefully, answer your questions, and work with you to create goals at your pace. Whether you are a child, teen, or adult, you will have space to be heard and understood.
