Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful decision, and my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice, therapy should feel both safe and productive. I utilize EMDR, IFS, and Somatic Therapy, which I integrate into my practice. I work with individuals healing from trauma, addiction/substance misuse, and emotional dysregulation concerns.
